Brock White Continue to Improve with 3 close games in 5 days
Over the weekend the Brock Wild Whites played 3 solid games over a 5 day span, displaying some great work and noticeable improvement in each game.

Though they suffered losses in all 3 games, the boys competed hard in all 3 contests.

In the first game the boys took on the Lindsay Muskies Teal in Beaverton. The team played great hockey at both ends of the rink and were tied late into the 3rd before the Teal managed to score late in the game to win 3-2. Nathan made his debut in goal and did a great job making several nice saves. Johnny and Eric each had a goal while Owen and Derek also had several chances. Rhys played a great game breaking up several plays.

In the second game the Wild White hosted the Lindsay Muskies Black. Once again the team played a great game and were tied 4-4 late into the 3rd before Lindsay turned it on late to get 2 more and secure the 6-4 win. Isaac played great in goal making some nice saves while Johnny, Derek and Jayvon all scored for Brock White. Eric, Nathan and Owen had some nice chances while Kashton and Declan did a great job getting the puck out of our end and made some great passes. Rhys and Garnet did a good job keeping the puck in the Lindsay end and also made some nice passes.

On Monday night, the boys would travel to Woodville for their 3rd game in 5 days. Despite a solid effort by all, the team would fall 5-0. Garnet was amazing in goal stopping a ton of shots while Owen had several chances to score as did Eric, Johnny and Jayvon but unfortunately just couldn’t put one in. Declan, Kashton, Nathan and Rhys all made some great defensive plays and made several great passes. Derek continued his strong work on defense.

Next up is the Brock Green team on Thursday night in Beaverton. Owen will get the start in goal.

Keep working hard boys. We are all very proud of you!
