Upcoming Season Update
With the weather so nice hockey may be the last thing everyone is thinking about, but we wanted to send an update about what next season looks like and unfortunately, we still don't have many details.

We have to follow the Ontario Hockey Federation guidelines as well as local health guidelines.
Most of this depends on how Brock Township proceeds with installation of ice and opening of arenas as well as Public Health restrictions. At this time there are no tournaments scheduled during the 2020 - 2021 season and the season will likely start later than usual. There may be restrictions on spectators, use of changerooms, number of players on the bench etc and all of these unknowns can make a difference.

Although we don't have concrete information as to what the next season will look like, we need players to register if they are interested in playing so when we do have more information available, we're ready to make decisions. To that end, we request that you register, if you haven't already. Please know that we will also allow for anyone to withdraw if they are uncomfortable with the changes that arise. Registration will remain open at this time.

As of June 1, we are not allowed to accept any registration payments and therefore if anyone paid via e-transfer after June 1, we did not accept them and they have (or will) expire. Again, when we know what the season will look like, we'll have to prepare a new budget and it may require a change in fees. We will come up with a new payment plan when we know what final fees will be. Our largest cost is ice time and if we are restricted to the number of people allowed on the ice, that can actually increase our costs or players will have less ice time weekly.

When we have more information, we will pass it along...
