Please fill out the form below to Request that your Child be registered for the upcoming 2023/2024 Season. Depending on the age group, we will check to see if spot's are available, and respond to you within 5-7 business days of your request.

  1. Please recognize that by registering late, BMHA will do their best to ensure they find a spot for the registered player, but cannot guarantee it if numbers don't allow. We may need some time to collect more late registrants to form an additional team, or move players around. This process may take some time, and we will be in contact with you between your late registration and the start of the hockey season in September. 

    A $100 Late Registration fee may be applied, as per the Manual of Operations.
