Good Evening Brock Minor Hockey Families.
My name is Matt Gross, and I will be your Three County Hockey Representative between BMHA and the
3C League for the next two seasons. Welcome back to the rink!
If you are wondering, "What's the Three County Hockey League?" As I did several years ago when I moved
to Brock and started my kids in hockey, I'd like to take a minute to share some resources available to you as
parents, both new to hockey and returning, that we have posted on our website. From our home page
at
www.brockminorhockey.com click on "Resources" then "Parent / Player Resources". Here you will find some
information about our association, the leagues we play in, the role of the OMHA and some other important items.
We plan to develop our website in the next few weeks with some more FAQ Answers, but in the meantime, if
you dont see any answers to your questions here, or have any other questions regarding the upcoming season,
and how it will work and be structured, please dont hesitate to reach out to me at the contact information below.
The biggest question we have had to date is Schedule. The first two weeks of ice availability is limited, so we
have posted a
Preliminary Schedule here for the week of September 26th. This link will be updated shortly
with a schedule for the week Starting October 3rd.
Once ice is in Cannington on October 11th, the schedule will look like the following:

Team Selection for the U7 Age Groups will happen at the end of the pre-skates scheduled on the preliminary
schedule listed above, and your coach will be in touch to let you know if you are on team A/B/C/D and
accordingly, what time you will play on Saturday and Sunday. We will continue to keep you updated via email
and our website primarily as our modes of communication. If you are aware of anyone not getting email
communications, please update your contact information at
https://register.hockeycanada.ca/ as this is where
we receive your contact information from via the registration process. It is crucial that before the start of the
season, you check your own, and your child's profiles to make sure there are no missing documents flagged
as incomplete, and the contact information is up to date, for the upcoming season.
