***Sunday September 22nd UPDATE - All BMHA ice scheduled in Sunderland for Monday September 23rd has been cancelled. Please follow along with the calendar as our Executive is working hard to update ice times moving forward. ***

Just a few notes to help organize the 2024-25 season start-up!
"Early Ice" Schedule UPDATE
Due to the unseasonably HIGH temperatures we're having, we've been notified the Sunderland Ice will NOT be ready to Sunday, September 22nd, as originally planned. Please check the BMHA Calendar CLOSELY for the UPDATED Early Ice Schedule:

NOTE: This is NOT our regular season ice schedule. The "Early Ice" schedule is ONLY for the first couple weeks, until all 3 arenas are operating.

Fall Tryouts (U9MD and U18Rep)
The PRE-SKATES and TRYOUT schedules are posted for our U9MD and U18 Rep teams.  Online registration and payment information for pre-skates and tryouts will be posted soon.
Watch the BMHA Website and/or follow us on Social Media (Facebook) to keep in the loop about U9MD and U18B Rep pre-skates and tryout registration.

Note: Your child MUST be REGISTERED and PAID for pre-skates/tryouts before they will be allowed on the ice.

Beaverton Lions Club
The Orillia Lions Club formed the Lions Club of Beaverton in 1947 and presented us with our gong. The official chartering took place on January 20, 1948 with 31 charter members. Our club’s 50+ dedicated volunteers strive to make our community a better place. Our projects are aimed to improve our community's services and resources with a focus on children and youth activities on top of the Lion's 5 Global Causes of Diabetes, Vision, Hunger, Environment & Childhood Cancer. The Randy Skinner Family Splash Pad, Foster Hewitt Memorial Playground, Skate Park and paved Lions Loop are examples of the community work our club has accomplished in recent years. Our annual activities including the Winter Carnival, Canada Day Celebrations and Elimination Draw are designed to raise funds and have fun.
