Use this form to submit your nomination for an Executive Committee position. Nominations will be compiled and read at the AGM for consideration and election. A description of the executive member positions that are up for election this term are listed on our website. Note: Per our Constitution, You must provide 2 supporting Nominator's to be considered a valid Nominee. Nominators will be contacted for verification of Nominations.

A Nomination Form must be completed by all nominees, complete with two (2) nominators who are Members of the Association and such completed form must be delivered to the Secretary not later. 4:00pm 10 days prior to the AGM.
