Once Section 17.0 has been consulted, and the recommended steps for complaint resolution steps for either the Team and Association Levels have been completed, and you still feel a complaint requires further investigation or attention, please continue to fill out our Membership Complaint Form.

  • I understand that if a complaint leads to the review of Discipline, said discipline will be determined via Section 20.0 of the BMHA Operations Manual, with no exceptions made.
