We have put together details of and Off Ice Training Program made available by the OMHA for kids to use over the off-season, or even in-season if they like.
It's a small, easy to follow/easy to execute, and most importantly, age appropriate Strength and Conditioning Work-out, combined with a challenge to shoot 5,000 pucks by the end of the summer.
The workout takes about 10 mins to complete, and for best results, should be done 3 times a week in the off Season, and during off days only in-season, to a max of 3 days. All the information is available in the attached document.
