On a snowy night at the Beaverton arena, the Brock Wild Midgets hit the ice for their home opener for playoffs. Stands were filled with excited fans, players and coaches ready.  Brock came out a little rusty having an almost 3 week wait.  We skated hard, we hit hard, we worked our opponents. Hard work from everyone and with end to end action and many missed opportunities, our team pulled out a 1-0 win against Woodville.  Next game Saturday night in Woodville.  Hope to see you there!

Midget All STARS - Craig Clark, goalie for Brock Wild Midget team, was named 1st STAR for the North division of the Victoria Durham All Star game tonight.  Coming off of 4 games in the last 3 days played at a tournament in Gananoque, Craig was rip rearing to play tonight.. Mariposa goalie started the game and mid way through the 2nd Craig took to the pipes.  Craig faced a ton of shots having everything thrown at him except the kitchen sink, he made great saves -showing off his golden glove.  North team Won the game with a score of 5-4.  Congratulations Craig on a well deserved trophy!!! score 1- 1 after 2 minutes of play.  could be exciting game, Scoring chances back and forth but we fell short 4-2.. Great game for everyone- players and spectators.  Congratulations Boys on a great end of regular season tournament!! Stay tuned for playoff updates!

We made it, we scored enough goals to make our way to 2nd place in our division and a spot in the semi-final game for Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.
