In a very chippy rematch, the boys displayed their disdain for playing in the first period! Sluggish legs left us trailing by 1 at the end of the first. Lucas got us started by slicing through the oppositions end, cutting behind Clayton and using him as a shield before ripping a shot off and tying it up. CYO got a go ahead goal early in the third and even though we had lots of chances, we couldn't quite get it by their tender. With a little over a minute left in the third and a face off in their end, coaches pulled Aiden to give us the extra attacker. This strategy worked, as Footie took the shot off the face off and buried it in the back of the net to tie it up!
