U13-REP, U13, 2023-2024 (Brock Minor Hockey Association)

The U13 Rep team won the first game of the series against Kawartha in a 2-1 nail biter in double overtime! A truly electric game with fantastic hockey for the fans. “We played our kind of game, the forecheck by the forward group was relentless, the defense was rock solid and also added an offensive boost, and Ranic was near perfect in goal” expressed head coach Shawn Prentice.

The U13 Rep team finished the regular season strong with their 6th win in a row and their first against the Kawartha Coyotes.  The team went through a rough stretch between December and January, so this win streak has to feel good. “The team has put in a lot of hard work on and off the ice this season. I am really proud of the way the kids finished off the regular season and I think we are peaking at the right time heading into playoffs” expressed head coach Shawn Prentice.

The U13 Rep team had a great start to the season with a convincing 7-2 win over the Millbrook Stars.  “The kids are really starting to come together and play as a team, the play making is nice to see, and our goaltending has been excellent” expressed head coach Shawn Prentice.
