Atom Reds Extend Win Streak to 6 games! Move into 3rd place in Overall Standings!
The Brock Wild extended their win streak to 6 games with
their 2nd straight win over the Millbrook Stars on and 6th
in a row overall to move into 3rd place before the Christmas break.
The Wild took control of the game early and never let off the gas as they cruised to an 11-2 victory.
The Wild would get offence from every line in this one with goals from Mitchell, Marshall, Birchard, Cahoon, Payne and Farell and Adomeit, some nice scoring chances from Beattie and Lo Presti and some nice clearing plays by Parry.
Pardy was solid in net making some nice saves all game long.
The defense of Marshall, Totton, Haecker, Wilson and Underwood continued to impress with their dominate play keeping the Stars offence from mounting much of an attack.
The win vaulted the Wild into 3rd place in the overall standings as we improved our record to 9-2-0 as we enter the 2nd half of the season.
Another great effort as we continue to show some great passing and teamwork.
Keep it up Wild!!
Next up is the Kawartha Coyotes this coming Saturday in Omemee as the Wild try to maintain our spot at the top of the standings.
